Community Yard Sale - Saturday, October 17th 8:00 am - Noon  Clean out those closets and garages and maybe make some cash. Condo dwellers, check with your association on where you may set up shop.

 Causeway and Sunset Sam Park Cleanup - Saturday, November 14th, 8:00 am - 10:00 am,  We need volunteers to help us maintain the beauty that is the gateway to Clearwater Beach and the entrance to Island Estates.  Vests, Gloves, Tongs, Bags, Carts, Sunscreen, bug repellent and Water will be provided. Meet at the west side of the entrance to Island Estates at 2 Island Way.  
 Town Hall Meeting - Monday, November 9th 7:00 pm at Island Way Grill, 20 Island Way. Come out to meet your 2027 IECA board of directors as well as city leaders, police, and more at the IECA Town Hall. (Details coming soon).
 OneBlood Blood Mobile - Saturday, November 7th 1:00 am - 3:30 pm, 5/3 Bank lot at 100 Island Way. Get the gift of life.
 Jingle and Mingle - IECA Winter Social - Tuesday, December 8th 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Island Way Grille 200 Island Way. Come join our neighbors for some holiday cheer. Buffet dinner will be available. Admission is free for active members. Guests may attend for just $20. Guest tickets will be available soon on our website or pay at the door (cash or check). 
 CYC Boat Parade - Saturday, December 12th 6:00 pm (Details coming soon)
 Holiday Lighted Bike and Golf Cart Ride - Wednesday, December 16th 5:00 pm. Decorate your rides in festive lights. Meet at Sunset Sam Park, 205 Windward Passage at 5:00 pm for a 5:30 pm departure. The ride will terminate at Island Way Grill. Join everyone for an after party on the Tiki deck.
