ï‚· Springfest 2026 - Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Wednesday, February 18th, 6pm to 9pm.
IECA active members are free. Guests are just $10 (cash or check at the door) or purchase guest tickets in advance . On sale after 12/29/2025
ï‚· Causeway and Sunset Sam Park Cleanup (Yes, your IECA has adopted Sunset Sam Park). - Saturday, February 7th 8-10am. Meet at the northwest corner of Memorial Causeway and Island Way. Vests, Gloves, Tongs, Bags, Carts, Sunscreen and Water will be provided.
ï‚· Spring YARD SALE. Saturday, February 28th 8 to Noon. Great day to clean out the garage, storage unit, closets. IECA will promote the day, so you and your neighbors will have shoppers. Winter YARD SALE will be Oct 10th.
ï‚· Clearwater Neighborhoods Day - March 28, and the Island Estates Civic Association (IECA) is excited to be part of the celebration with a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family.
Pete & Shorty’s, and the Original Hooters are sponsoring our event that runs from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, stop by our spot on the drive directly in front of Fifth Third Bank at 200 Island Way and enjoy a true neighborhood gathering packed with food, entertainment, and community spirit. There will be something for everyone—including a bouncy house for the kids and plenty of reasons for adults to stick around and mingle.
