 Blood Drive - Saturday, November 1st from 10am to 3pm. Join your neighbors in giving lifesaving donations of blood. The blood mobile will be located at the 5th /3rd Bank parking lot at 100 Island Way. Please click here to make an appointment
 Island Estates Yard Sale - Saturday, November 8th, 8am until noon.  Clean out your garages and storage bins and make yourself some cash. Check with your condo association(s) on setting up tables outside of your buildings.
 IECA Town Hall - Monday, November 10th, 7:00 pm until 8:15 PM.  Come out to meet your 2026 IECA board of directors as well as city leaders, police, and more at the IECA Town Hall at Island Way Grill. Councilman David Albritton (Island Estates Resident), City Manager Jennifer along with assistant city Managers, Lt. Shante Dean CPD.
 Big Causeway Clean-up - Saturday, November 15th from 8am to 10am. Meet a the north west corner of Island Way and Memorial Causeway to join your neighbors in helping to keep Memorial Causeway and our entrance beautiful to behold.
 Making Spirits Bright Parade by Clearwater Beach Charity - Tuesday, December 9th from 3pm to 5:30 pm. Dress-up your vehicle in festive attire and join the holiday parade around Island Estates. Meet at Island Way Grill, 20 Island Way.
 IECA Winter Social - Tuesday, December 9th from 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm. Join your fellow IECA members for our annual winter social dinner held at Island Way Grill. Additional information to follow.
